About Embla
I am a soon-to-be third-year engineering student studying at the University of Oxford, originally from Cornwall, available to tutor online for maths, further maths, physics and similar subjects up to A Level standard. I have 14 A*s at GCSE, 3 A*s in maths, further maths and physics at A Level, and have several years of peer tutoring experience in these areas. In my spare time, I enjoy rowing, reading and organising events.

I approach tutoring with an overview of the lesson outcomes and aims to start with, moving through the basic concepts and then on to more detailed examples and interactive questions and answers afterwards. I enjoy an interactive learning experience with lots of communication and mutual feedback to tailor each lesson style to the student's individual needs since everyone learns differently!
