About Charlie
I am chemistry PhD student recently graduated with a 1st class master’s degree from the University of Oxford. I am looking for students of all abilities who I can help fulfill their potential in science and maths at Alevel or GCSE. I am also happy to offer tutorials to undergraduates who want to supplement their university teaching.

My teaching starts by understanding the needs of each individual student. I establish the root cause of any difficulties before employing a tailored approach to help my students grow in confidence at a suitable pace. I believe that confidence is key to successful learning. Whilst progressing I ensure that students keep up to speed with previous concepts so that they remain strong across the whole subject. This means that students can benefit from the links between ideas and develop a rounded understanding of the subject.
