About Kayra
I am a graduate of the University of Oxford’s Master’s programme in History of Art with over three years’ tutoring experience working with students from the U.K., Japan, UAE, Korea and the USA. Having completed three degrees in History of Art, I possess advanced knowledge of the discipline ranging from theoretical and methodological scholarship to time-based studies and museology. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant at Koç University in Istanbul where I helped deliver undergraduate and graduate level classes in Archaeology and Art History. Having received acceptance and scholarships from leading British Universities including the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge and the Courtauld Institute of Art, I can provide guidance in undergraduate admissions and interview preparation

My Art History lessons are tailored for GCSE, A-Level and undergraduate students, and in our first lesson we'll work together to assess your learning to design a working plan that pushes you to meet your academic goals. My classes will be designed to accommodate your needs: these can be methodologically or theoretically inclined, or the planning and writing of essays/ a dissertation. As a recipient of offers from Oxford, Cambridge and the Courtauld Institute, I am happy to assist with the writing of personal statements and CVs, and offer guidance on university admissions including interview preparation.
