About Kenneth

I am a passionate and considerate yoga teacher from HongKong, currently living in Edinburgh. Legally working in United Kingdom. I started my yoga practice since 2002, and completed my yoga teaching training in 2005. I would like to share my own learning and experience with my students, guiding students practice with correct alignments to prevent injuries.

About the lesson

Teaching students how to perform poses with correct alignments, hand-adjustment and knowledge in anatomy. 45-60 mins/class. Practice level will modify to different level, making sure each of my students will enjoy and benefits from practice. In my 18 years teaching experience, i also offered special yoga class for people with special needs and care, such as: Burned, Elderly, Stroke rehabilitation. Private class also welcome to discuss.
