My teaching methodology is simple and straight forward. I first try to understand the skill set of m students with respect to the topic that I intend teaching. Thereafter I know to what detail and depth to explain the content. I found it beneficial when I request my students to send through problems that they are struggling with prior to the lesson. This way the student makes the effort to practice problems in pursuit to find there weak spots. This method also allows myself to give extra attentions to these weak spots.
