About Miles
I am an Economics tutor with 5 years of teaching experience, working with both high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully guided around 150–200 students towards better grades and stronger confidence in the subject. My teaching philosophy is simple: clear concepts, real-life examples, and consistent practice lead to success. I focus on microeconomics, macroeconomics, and basic econometrics, making each topic easy to understand. I encourage questions, critical thinking, and independent analysis. Many of my students have improved their exam performance and developed a deeper interest in economics.

My teaching approach in Economics focuses on clarity, logic, and real-world connection. I believe students understand economic theory better when they see how it works in daily life. I teach microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, development economics, international trade, public finance, and behavioural economics. Each topic is explained using practical examples such as market trends, government policies, inflation, taxation, and global trade patterns.
I use structured case studies to help students analyse real economic situations and make informed conclusions. Problem-solving is central to my sessions, especially for numerical and analytical topics. I encourage questions and flexible discussion so students feel confident expressing ideas. I maintain integrity and high academic standards in every lesson. My goal is to motivate students to think critically, apply concepts accurately, and build strong analytical skills for exams and future careers.
