I have began to teach individuals about how each body functions differently and fitness is a significant factor in our daily lives. I am a student at Ryerson University and have been teaching myself and others about how each body works.

My teaching methods are letting my students understand how fitness works by playing games and doing at-home tasks. I begin with working with each student and helping them become who they want to be and allow my students to grow into a healthy lifestyle.
