About Muskan
So, I am Muskan Bhachawat. I'm very passionate about cooking since my childhood and now I want to explore my knowledge here. I organise my own workshops online and offline as well. I know management and now looking to make the step up in order to really challenge and develop myself.

The main thing, which I'll be telling the people is that, I will give reason for every ingredient that why it is important to add in the food. Adding flavours and other things is just robotic thing. People should know why they're using those ingredients in the food. Also, I'll be telling them from where the specific dish belongs and who founded the dish, what's the purpose of that. I'm sure people will take interest in this once I start telling these things and I will teach recipies of different states. It will be very exciting.
