About Kayla
I am a dedicated and passionate elementary classroom teacher who is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. I bring a strong understanding of literacy development and a student-centered approach that supports both academic growth and confidence building. I strive to make learning engaging, meaningful, and tailored to each learner’s needs. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy staying active and balanced through playing soccer, reading, and spending time outdoors walking my dog. I also have a love for exploring vintage thrift stores, where I appreciate creativity and unique finds. These personal interests reflect my enthusiastic, well-rounded personality, which I bring into my teaching to connect with students and create a warm, relatable learning experience.
