My name is John. I'm a professional dance and fitness trainer with over 10 years of dance fitness experience. My expertise revolves around cardiovascular exercises varying from dance to kickboxing to HIIT (High intensity interval training), one-on-one coaching, and general fitness.
I'm an excellent group training leader/instructor with great motivational skills to carry along any type of workouts, whether in a group or personal training.
