About Rocío
Hello! My name is Rocío and I am from Chile. I am an English-Spanish translator and ELE and EFL teacher.
I started teaching at university, where I worked as an assistant in the Terminology course in the Translation/Interpretation program and as a tutor for first-year students. I have given face-to-face and online Spanish and English classes to teenagers and adults, for general and specific purposes.

My classes are based on the main needs of the students. To do this, the language learning objectives are consulted, such as if you need to sit an exam, study abroad, work or travel, etc. This way, a program is developed for our next lessons.
We follow the communicative approach to language learning. This includes oral and written exercises, exposure to Latin American culture, among many other activities. The student is the protagonist of the class.
