Experienced Portuguese Tutor providing: General/Academic/Business Portuguese Lessons. Free one hour trial lesson with no obligation to book.

I offer customised courses for non-native speakers of Portuguese interested in improving their Portuguese skills.

Tutor Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Portuguese Language and Literature with a Teaching Certificate.

• Graduate Degree in History with a Teaching Certificate.

Experience

• 20 years teaching experience teaching in schools, colleges and companies all over the world.

• General Portuguese – Teaching practical, everyday Portuguese courses to students of all levels

• Business Enterprise – Teaching Business Studies to students preparing to study at university

• Business Portuguese – Managed Business Portuguese programme for company employees

I offer a FREE, one hour consultation before you decide if you would like to choose to study with me. I will check your Portuguese level by giving you a test, and then create a plan for you based on your individual needs and goals. There is no obligation to book.

About the lesson

I offer: one-to-one online lessons. I provide the following Portuguese courses:

General Portuguese

Focus on reading, writing, listening and speaking through a range of different topics and issues.

Practical Portuguese

Practical, everyday Portuguese, for example - going to the Doctor, booking a holiday, going shopping etc.

Academic Portuguese

Assistance with essay structure, referencing, proofreading and general study support for those at school/college/university.

Business Portuguese

Portuguese for work: assistance with presentations, how to interact in meetings, how to speak to your employer and colleagues, communicating on the telephone, sending emails etc.

Exam preparation

If students have other requests, I am happy to accommodate these and incorporate them into a course designed especially for the individual.
