I am a certified Pilates trainer with higher education and several certificates on Mat Pilates, Movements in the spine, TRX Pilates, training for pelvic floor muscles dysfunctions, stretching, aerostretching. I am a mom of two kids and a woman who understands the possible difficulties women can face at a different stage of their lives and peculiarities of the training process. I look fit in my 44 and I know the ways for you to look fit and stay healthy. I can create cozy but professional atmosphere at the class. I am able to provide trainings in English, Belarusian, Russian languages. Join me for the training & make your day better!
