About Henrik
My name is Henrik, I am 24 years old and moved to Australia in January. I started working out when I was 15 or 16. I constantly kept working out trying to increase and maintain strength and fitness. I am happy to share my experience with you.

I have been working out for more than 8 years, always focused on the development of muscle and strength. I gathered a lot of experience over the time and would be happy to share this experience with you to kick start your fitness journey. Additionally, we can discuss anything regarding nutrition, potential supplements and so on.
Important: I am not a graduated fitness trainer, my profession is Chemistry. This tutoring/coaching is based on my personal experience.
