About MARINA

I am a native Japanese speaker who has a long background in educational fields and linguistics and love helping my students reach their goals. I currently live in London, but lessons are also available for those who do not live in the UK, so please contact me.

About the lesson

Konnichiwa! My lessons are designed to meet any level or age and help you reach your goals - whether that is casual conversation, an article-based lesson or studying for JLPT, learning Japanese culture etc. If you don’t know anything about Japanese, don't worry! Of course, I teach you hiragana, katakana, kanji and basic knowledge of Japanese. I have several levels and types of lessons, Japanese beginner level, N5, N4, N3, N2 and N1. I strongly believe that making mistakes and encouraging natural Japanese through conversation is the best way to improve and I always push for students to achieve this. I look forward to learning together! If you have any question about my lesson, text me anytime:)

Perfect! Marina has helped me to prepare for a trip to Japan. She has taught me key conversations and phrases to help me with specific scenarios relating to my trip and intended activities. She's been patient and very flexible. She also took the time to prepare each lesson for me, and included tips and suggestions for my travels based on her experience. She took the time out to research what would be helpful to me which I really appreciated. Would highlight recommend Marina to anyone considering a trip or to start learning Japanese :)
