Karine tutored my two daughters, Esmé (13) and Charlotte (10), in math and French. She was amazing. Always prepared with interesting and relevant lesson plans, and with the ability to engage my girls in the work. As a teacher she is knowledgeable, creative and patient. We worked with Madame Karine when my daughter was struggling in grade 2.
She was having a hard time learning French speaking and the reading as well was a problem.
We were told it would be best to take her out of French immersion but I really wanted my daughter to learn French. We worked with Madame Karine for a year and a half and the results were amazing. Not only did my daughter start speaking and reading, but her confidence was also shining. She was actually starting to really enjoy the French. She moved up 5 levels in her reading and was now at grade level. Plus, she was participating in class which she had never done before. We couldn’t be happier. What we liked the most was how fun Madame Karine made the lessons and how comfortable and confident our daughter was with her. We also really liked the option of buying her reading program in order to enhance all that our daughter was learning. This really helped to speed her learning and reading along.
