Hello!
I am Michael Padalka, an online English teacher
(experience is over 7 years).

EDUCATIONS:
2009 - 2012 Nizhyn Gogol University, a teacher of English.
2012-2014 Kyiv Mohyla Academy, a financier.

I like teaching English to students (up to 60 years) - from beginner to advanced levels; I developed my own technique for studying English fast.
Relying on my educations and experience, I can teach such kinds of English, as general, conversational, business, MBA, HR, for health professionals, marketers, engineers, traveling.
• I teach English worldwide – my students are from Ukraine, Russia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Britain, Italy, Swiss, Norway and other countries.
• Help to improve grammar, develop auditory and speaking skills..
• Teach business English (the books: «Market Leader» and «Market Leader for HR»).
• Teach business English for MBA (the book: «English for MBA» by N. Pussenkova).
My methodology is based on fast, economical and effective grammar training. I use grammar clichés and practice them effectively in exercises and oral speech. Maximum attention is focused on communication and training to formulate ideas in English correctly. In my view, it is the best method of any language studying. My approach is communicative, aimed at overcoming language barriers, freedom of communication; oriented to the personality and individual needs of a student.
My Students about me:
• Michael has a decent business word stock, especially in HR sphere. For me it is a great advantage, because I work as a senior specialist at HR department. After studying with my tutor for a half of the year, I really feel progress in understanding texts and pronunciation. Michael is always attentive to details and grammatical accuracy in speech. He keeps alert of changes in English educational programmes. Sometimes Michael helps me to correct points in labour contracts and amendments with foreign employees.
I would like to recommend Michael for students that have intermediate level and want more, especially in business English.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on using such authoritative books as Market Leader, Market Leader for HR specialists, English for MBA students, The New Total English, Voice of America, BBC and other authoritative sources.
I base my classes on:
1. Doing tasks from the abovementioned authoritative sources to develop professional vocabulary AND ALL NECESSARY SKILLS – reading, listening, speaking and writing.
2. I use my approach to teach English effectively.
3. I use authoritative sources, as Voice of America, BBC. Students use them and make reports, which we discuss on a constant basis.

I approach each topic by vocabulary and grammar revision at every class – short oral tests.
