About Kyle
I am a college Football and Track and Field athlete, so I have a first hand experience for these sports specifically. I have been involved with sports the last ten years which include football, basketball, track and field, baseball, tennis, golf, and wrestling. I have been a personal trainer for one year and had many clients.

I am very knowledgeable when it comes to powerlifting, bodybuilding, and olympic lifting. Also currently perusing a USA weightlifting certification.
