About Sol

With over 10 years of experience as a Spanish coach, primarily working with corporate executives, but also with physicians, business owners, and other professionals, I know how to make lessons effective, targeted, and motivating. My approach combines practical exercises, real-life scenarios, and guided practice to build confidence in conversation, presentations, and professional interactions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and have extensive experience living abroad, which gives me a deep understanding of cultural nuances across Spanish-speaking and non-Spanish-speaking countries. I integrate these cultural insights into every lesson—whether casual conversation, business communication, or professional writing—making your learning both practical and immersive.

I specialize in helping intermediate Spanish speakers improve fluency, expand vocabulary, refine pronunciation, and reduce their accent, all while keeping lessons dynamic, engaging, and enjoyable. Each lesson is tailored to your goals, so you make excellent progress in a short time.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed specifically for learners who already speak intermediate Spanish and want to take their skills to the next level—improving fluency, enriching vocabulary, refining pronunciation, and reducing their accent. Whether your goal is confident conversation, business communication, or preparing for real-world interactions, I create a personalized plan that meets your needs.

I focus on conversational fluency using a practical, theory-based methodology. I use targeted exercises designed to correct common vocabulary challenges faced by English speakers learning Spanish, while strengthening accuracy and natural expression.

You will learn essential grammar foundations in an integrated way—through visual and auditory activities such as listening to music, analyzing videos, studying short texts, and expanding specialized vocabulary using newspapers and magazines in areas that interest you. I also help you practice professional writing (including emails), explore cultural nuances across Spanish-speaking countries, and refine pronunciation and accent through guided drills and repetition.
