About Kai
I found calisthenics in lockdown back in May 2019 and started training calisthenics consistently in July 2020 due to the gyms closing. Training/working hard and meeting the calisthenics community has led me to become a coach in the sport, compete in calisthenics competitions all over the world, become a brand ambassador for amazing companies and the list goes on.
