About Ignacio
Lawyer by education and activity as well as a professional with decades of experience in advising and transaction management in real estate markets, credit, renewable energy and infrastructure. I also have extensive experience in training professionals in the aforementioned areas. I graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and Navarre, Tax Advisor approved by the Technical Center for Business Studies (ESINE) and Consultant Quality Management Systems by batalas Limited. The Two Fingers System, developed by myself, allows, easily and solidly, both at school and in adult life, that students can understand any subject always applying the same principles, according to the natural form of operation our brain, namely:
1: Understanding is the only objective, never "remember". Who understands he recalls. Who just remembers does not understand and forgets quickly.
2nd: Touch and perceive detail is the necessary basis. If the objects are not present, imagine in detail to understand.What is not shown, it is only verbal noise.
3rd: Translate from "Chinese", that is, remove all empty jargon which is 80% of the texts called "teaching texts" and use only the original and true names
4th: Hierarchy: As in our body, everything is structured hierarchically by pairs with necessary relationships.
5th: Review only using the fingers. The connection brain-fingers is the basis of all knowledge. All the grammar fits into the five fingers of the left hand all syntax, in the right hand fingers.
