About Marie-Emmanuelle

I am teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2010, I rise to associations, social centers, in school, in business from a very varied public: from 0 to 82 years. I am certified by the French Federation of Kundalini Yoga and spent in 2014 the diploma of Yoga Doula support for pregnant women in the process of giving birth in consciousness. I also did a training for professional trainers and I offer short programs in stress management business, speaking in public, conscious communication.

About the lesson

I started practicing yoga in 2006 while I was pregnant. Seduced by calming it gave me, I discovered the art of living in the present and the power of breathing. Quickly I discovered the effects of yoga on my birth and my baby, calm and reassured by the long, deep breath. Four months later, I took a very intense professional activity in cultural marketing and then I made the experience of Kundalini Yoga and its tremendous processing capacity. I managed to fully live my family, professional and social life without stress peak, I could increase my concentration and my ability to create smooth and constructive relationship of cooperation within an often tense business climate. Thanks to the benefits of Kundalini Yoga, I practiced with ever more intensity, I felt my radiation and my creativity increase and people around me looking for a sincere, cheerful, dynamic, intuitive and engaged contact. To deepen these techniques and pass them, I trained as a teacher of Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2010.
