My Teaching Approach
• **French that feels alive, not like a textbook!**
I believe learning French should be enjoyable, practical, and connected to real life. My goal is to help students feel comfortable using French—not just memorizing rules.
• **Every student learns differently.**
I adapt my lessons to each learner’s age, level, personality, interests, and goals. Whether you are starting from zero or looking to improve your school French, we work at your pace.
• **Learn through play.**
Games, challenges, songs, drawings, stories, and interactive activities are part of my teaching style. These techniques help make vocabulary and expressions easier to understand and remember.
• ️ **Learn from mistakes.**
Mistakes are not failures—they are part of the learning process! I create a friendly and encouraging environment where students can try, make mistakes, laugh, and try again.
• ️ **Speak French from the beginning.**
I encourage students to use French in practical situations. We practice conversations, pronunciation, questions and answers, everyday vocabulary, and useful expressions that students can actually use.
• **Short lessons, strong results.**
My lessons are focused and organized. We review what was learned, introduce something new, practice it together, and finish with a quick activity to reinforce and memorize the new skills.

I combine visual, auditory, and hands-on activities to make learning more memorable.

With a Bachelor of Education and 14 years of experience in education, including teaching and FSL tutoring from Kindergarten to Grade 12, I understand how to motivate learners and adapt instruction to their needs.

Children, teenagers, and adults learning French as a Second Language. I welcome beginners, students needing extra support with school French, and learners who want to improve their reading, writing, comprehension, vocabulary, pronunciation, and oral communication.
