About Niloufar
I am a PhD student in Nutrition based in the Gold Coast, with several years of experience as a personal trainer and clinical nutritionist in my home country. I help people improve their health through practical fitness routines, realistic nutrition strategies, and simple lifestyle changes. Whether you want to lose weight, manage your blood sugar, gain muscle, or just feel more confident and energetic, I can tailor a plan to your needs. I believe in balanced, sustainable habits (no crash diets or intense restrictions). I work with all levels, from complete beginners to those wanting to get back on track. I currently offer online or in-person sessions (depending on your location) and am happy to have a chat to see if I’m the right coach for you. The first session is free!
