I am Muktha B. M. Shastri, BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) student passionate about health, nutrition, yoga, and holistic wellness. I believe in the power of balanced nutrition, natural healing, and healthy lifestyle practices to improve overall well-being. As a Diet and Nutrition Tutor, I aim to share my knowledge of diet planning, therapeutic nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modification in a simple and practical way. I am dedicated to helping individuals understand the importance of nourishing their bodies, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and achieving long-term wellness.
