About Ronit
I am a b.com graduate and hold diploma in hotel management
I started skipping rope in 2020 in lockdown and i realized it is the best cardio.
Most people have been working from home, there has been minimum activity.
I want to inspire them to get up and get rope and start skipping as it does not requre gym and it is the most affordable and accesible fitness instrument.

You dont need gym for this
You just need some space and a skipping rope.
Its okay if you have never done skipping before but with my technique you can learn it very soon. I will show the drills to become good at skipping.
