Of all the cooking tutors I could have had, I had to go with Eddie because of the value he delivers and he really makes an effort to understand his client and what they want which is a very important thing to make progress. Ed’s catering was outstanding when he agreed to provide food for my mother’s birthday gathering. The menu catered for vegan’s, vegetarians and carnivores alike.
