About Nirupom
Hi!! My name is Nirupom Dey, 19 years of age and a college student (starting my college in a few weeks). I'm a Bengali (only speaking) and I can communicate in Hindi and English as well. I have taught some kids in my neighborhood before, so I do have a bit of experience, and I'm taking these classes so that kids have a better tuition experience before experiencing the real tuition in higher classes, and also support my financial expenses so that I won't pressurize my family for my needs.

So, first of all, for my future students and their parents, you may not need to address me as "Sir", because I feel I have not reached that level of experience to be addressed with a respected word like "Sir", for students, I can be their elder brother (Bhaiya) and for their parents, just like their elder son. Second of all, my teaching method is a bit different, I rather understand each student's learning capabilities and thinking, and teach them according to which they clearly understand the subject much better, not like everyone should follow the same style of studying. Third of all, the students won't regret joining my classes as it won't be boring at all, it will be fun and interactive. Lastly, I'll help them with their school projects and homework too, and even conduct regular and surprise tests to see their progress and report that to their parents.
