About Bryan
I am very passionate about fitness. I know the struggles of it. I know the challenges that come with loosing weight and trying to gain muscle, I've experienced it first hand and know the unique struggles that come with both. I'm young but have accumulated years of experience with fitness, and now have taken the time and dedication by learning more about fitness through earning my Certification for personal training. I've fallen in love with fitness, and now I want to help you to achieve your goals so you can be the best version of yourself.
