About Luca
My name is Luca, I’ve been a highly competitive powerlifter for a little over 3 years and I’ve learned so much in that time, I see it all too often in gyms where people aren’t doing things quite optimally and can often lead to hurting themselves and it’s only because they don’t know. My goal and my mission is to ensure that I can help as many people as possible get as strong as they can and improve their form to a higher quality.
