About Eva
I gave all types of courses both in various fitness clubs, in associations and works councils in Paris, Montpellier, London and Tenerife. I also coached individual and trained athletes for competition. I practiced many other sports out of curiosity and I want to transmit my passion for the effort. I want to allow people to acquire a strong mental complementary to physical health because it is, in my opinion, the secret of balance and personal harmony.

"Clubbercise" is an exclusive course created in London who arrived in Paris and offers cardio as simple choreography (all levels) on the clubbing music in a night club atmosphere with glow sticks for even more fun! I'm Eva, Clubbercise certified coach. I also give during HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) that combines intense cardio and strength training, and mental and sports coaching to get in shape, make you lose weight or prepare for a competition. My credo: "a healthy mind in a healthy body"!

Details
I have several types of prices: 10 € for a class during Clubbercise (90 € for 10 courses), 20 € for 1 month online program (HIIT, fitness and / or nutrition), 1 € per minute for personal coaching (physical and / or mental) and collective consult me.
