About Theodora

I am an amateur dancer .
If you wanna dance feel happy and lose some calories dance is the best way to do so.
I am spending time to dance and teach to smaller kids at camps dance and choreographies. I have been member to several representations and shows.

About the lesson

My teaching method is step by step to show its move again and again in order to be understandable to everyone and after all steps are clear the full choreography follows.
-at salsa I follow the simple Step by step Ballroom dance move
-at bachata Intensive Technique Training Course
-kizomba for beginners
