About Pooja
I am a working professional in engineering, and like many busy individuals, I understand firsthand what mental fatigue, overstimulation and constant pressure can feel like.
Breath became my anchor, not as a concept, but as a daily, practical tool to regulate stress and restore steadiness. Over time, it shifted from something I practiced occasionally to something I relied on intentionally.
My goal is not to create dependency on guided sessions. I intend to help you become self-sustainable, to understand and use your own breath as a reliable tool to regulate your nervous system and build a steadier version of yourself.
I believe calm is not accidental. It can be built gently, consistently, and realistically, even within a busy life.

My Approach & Teaching Method
My sessions are structured, calm, and practical. I combine modern functional breathing principles with traditional pranayama-based techniques to support safe and sustainable nervous system regulation.
Each session begins with awareness and understanding of how breath influences physiology — and gradually builds into guided practice tailored to your pace.
I prioritise steadiness over intensity. The goal is not dramatic experiences, but building a daily rhythm you can confidently continue independently.
Techniques are adapted to your comfort level, with emphasis on consistency, simplicity, and realistic integration into daily life.
Sessions typically run 45–60 minutes and include:
• Understanding your current stress patterns
• Guided breath-based modern and pranayama practice
• Gentle progression over time
• Practical integration into daily routine
