About Mollie
I'm Mollie Hollie, a nervous system coach and certified breathwork facilitator and my background is not a typical one.
I spent years performing at a high level in demanding leadership roles, which gave me a firsthand understanding of what chronic stress, pressure, and burnout actually do to the body and mind — not just in theory, but in practice. That experience is the foundation of everything I do with clients.
Alongside that, I've built a rigorous technical foundation in the science of how the nervous system drives behaviour, decision-making, and performance. I'm trained in breathwork facilitation and mindset coaching — two disciplines that allow me to work at the level where stress actually lives, rather than simply offering coping strategies that sit on the surface.
My approach is grounded, practical, and science-informed. I help high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs understand why they respond to pressure the way they do, and then give them the tools to change it — from the inside out.

If you're a high-achiever who keeps pushing through — but the pressure is building, the burnout is creeping in, and no amount of positive thinking is actually cutting through it — this is where we work differently.
Stress and anxiety are not mindset problems. They live in the body. And that's exactly where this coaching begins.
What we work on together:
- Understanding your stress response and why your nervous system reacts the way it does under pressure
- Managing burnout before it manages you — practical tools you can use immediately
- Building confidence and calm from the inside out, not just on the surface
- Showing up visibly and consistently — at work, in meetings, in high-stakes situations — without the internal noise drowning you out
My methodology:
I combine nervous system science, breathwork, and mindset coaching to help you regulate your stress response at the level where it actually lives — not just reframe it. Depending on what you need, sessions may include breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system before or during high-pressure situations, science-backed stress management strategies, and coaching on visibility, confidence, and showing up under pressure.
Note: I work with the nervous system and emotional side of stress and anxiety. This is not traditional public speaking coaching focused on delivery tactics or presentation structure.
