About Giada

I was born and raised in Italy, but moved to London six years ago looking for a life-changing experience.
I own a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and History of Art.
I would describe my personality as outgoing and positive with a genuine inclination in helping others.
I do own an extensive experience in tutoring and assisting pupils with their homework as, while studying at University, I had been working as tutor/ language assistant for several years.

About the lesson

I do have a lot of common sense and the feature which I consider to be the most important in assisting students, the empathy. Thanks to this particular ability to understand and share the feelings of another, I had always been able to adjust the approach to a subject according to every student's need.
I would change my tone of voice if required, using kindness rather than harshness or preparing the lesson according to a specific requirement.
My teaching methods would include:
Assisting students with their writing, speaking, reading and listening skills;
Employing a wide range of instructional material, such as hand-outs, online activities or conversation laboratory;
Constantly seeking the approach to the language through a variety of topics (food, culture, music, travels ecc) in order to maintain students’ interest and focus;
