I focus on being a "guide on the side," not a "sage on the stage." I start every session by clarifying what you already know and where you feel stuck. From there, I identify the best approach for you, sometimes that means breaking down a problem visually on the whiteboard, other times it means walking through it step-by-step with guided questions. My goal is to ensure you are the one doing the work, with me providing the safety net.
