About Kwesi
I've been helping people deal with major stress and problem-solving for 13 years, with various results. Most of my students have been able to reduce or eliminate stresses in their lives and have as a result become more organized and balanced mentally, physically, and emotionally. Read; I AM NOT A GURU. Just a guy who's found balance and wants to spread it.

My method is individualized, but mainly I conduct an initial interview to get some background. After that, I have a system that allows the student to not just take in information from me but to begin teaching themselves along the way so that at the very least the student can tangibly see the needed solutions.
