About Maya

I'm Maya, I've been tutoring for a few years now. I currently work as a school teacher, and I'm in the process of getting my own degree to become an elementary educator. I love math and science, and I love talking about it.

I fully believe that your level of smart is about how much you're willing to learn. Not how much you know.

About the lesson

My lessons can range from simple math, to more complicated science. From elementary to high school, I have been great at all the logic-based subjects. I live by the ideal that there is no such thing as a dumb question, because intelligence is about your ability to learn, not about how much you know.

I've had my own struggles in school, so I get it! It's hard to ask for help. That's why I'm here to give you a little edge up.
