I observe mostly the student centred method. With a conscious act of consistent evaluation to assertain specifically areas of acedemic growth and lapses.
Find it needful to take into recognition the aptitude age, IQ level and inherent traits that can hinder learning. So as to predict the best approach at which learning can be achieved as I carry all along (for group classes) and take in cognisance their distinctive individual differences. Adult and secondary education are my favorite.
