About Donna
Hi, as a Registered Nurse and a qualified Trainer and Assessor, I can mentor you through the mine field that is the Healthcare Education System.
I have over 20 years experience in Health Care ranging from acute care, child care, community health, management, aged care and disability sectors.
As a trainer I have worked for various private and public, large and small training organisations as well as ran my own first aid training business. I am happy to say that most students I have trained went on to gain employment.
However apart from my qualifications and years of experience, what makes ME stand out is my ability to take complex information and translate it into something YOU understand.

Everyone learns differently and has different reasons why they want to learn. It's not "one size fits all".
I think it's important for your teacher to understand how YOU learn and what motivates YOU.
Learning also needs to be relevant, so I make sure YOU understand why and how it relates to YOUR end goal. So training depends on your current needs.
You'll be provided with a plan, lesson notes and other resources such as links to useful websites and videos. All of this via email or webcam discussions for you to refer back to.
When you decide you no longer my help I will provide you with a certificate of attendance, listing details of what you have covered. This can be helpful as evidence of further education.
