I’m a naturopathy and yoga physician. Completed my medical degree in 2015. I’m practicing from the past 9 years. I can able to make the protocols based upon one's need. Each and every session will be based upon individual needs

I also provide free online consultation and diet chart. Give relaxation techniques such as DRT, QRT, IRT. I’m not only concentrating on your physical health but also on your mental health. In my session includes pranayama, mudras and breathing exercises

This is my first time doing yoga and I feel great, active, and energetic all day. Sumathi Vijay.Shalini is a Yoga trainer and Naturopathy doctor. Based on her immense experience in training yoga, she trained me very well. The speciality in her training is she understands each and everyone body conditions and based on that, she prepares a training plan that is dedicated for each individual.
