About Ester

My name is Ester, I am a second year university student based in London.
French has been one if my greatest passions since I started learning it at the age of three years old and has been with me ever since and lead me to become a native-like French speaker.
Having lived in France for over a year enabled me to have a greater understanding of the French culture and made me adore it even more. This lead me to choosing French as one of my GCSE's and A-levels and getting A* in both. After having completed my secondary school degree I wanted to share my knowledge and love for French with others and started tutoring. I want my students to feel confident in their speaking skills as well as inspire them to explore the French culture through literature, art, media, film and music.

About the lesson

I am a second year university student and have prior experience of tutoring French after completing French GCSE and A-level and greeting an A* in both exams.
My lessons are for intermediate level students of who wish to improve their French and gain a better understanding of the culture. My approach to teaching is that lessons should be interactive and have cultural context to make understanding better. I want my lessons to make students more confident in their speaking abilities, therefore a key element of my lessons is vocabulary and building complex sentences to express ones self.

I also have prior experience in tutoring for French GCSE as well as A-level in preparation for the oral exam and working on pronunciation.
Lesson times range from 30 mins to 2 hours.
