About Benson
I am Benson, a local Swahili speaker who was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. I am interested in sharing my knowledge of the Swahili language and culture with a global audience. Specifically, I offer my expertise in teaching the Swahili language and English as a second language online to students from the USA, Europe, and Africa. I have been providing these services for the past two years.
I am a patient and friendly person who makes the learning process enjoyable for my clients.
I love languages, traveling, and connecting people with their East African roots. I am dedicated to helping you learn the Swahili language confidently and comfortably.

Jambo! I am Benson, a professional Swahili native teacher from Nairobi, Kenya.
My classes are strictly conversation-based and designed to teach you the language of everyday communication in a friendly and comprehensible way. You will learn to speak Swahili with your travel companions, business partners, or during a safari in East Africa. We will focus on practice and develop your skills in conversation, pronunciation, and practical vocabulary.
The classes will be held in a simple, engaging manner using practical examples, anecdotes, and dialogues. I will also take into account your current level of fluency and prepare individual assignments and control tests. Karibu sana!
