Emma’s Pilates classes really help with my recovery. Her classes are always tailored to what I wish to improve but 10 times harder and I enjoy it so much. She’s quick to point out all the body alignment during all moves and her cues are always easy to understand even in a remote environment. She’s so flexible on the schedule and I’ll always pick her a my remote Pilates instructor and def recommend!!

Emma is very qualified as a Pilates instructor. She’s not only proficient in Mat Pilates, but also knowledgeable on reformer Pilates. I took reformer jump classes with her and she really worked my legs out and I loved it. Definitely will recommend her reformer classes and mat Pilates. She is wonderful 10/10
