About Axel

Hola! My name is Axel, and I am a native Spanish speaker with 5 years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language. I am passionate about helping students of all ages and levels learn Spanish and achieve their language learning goals.

I believe that the best way to learn a language is to use it as much as possible. That's why my lessons are focused on speaking. I also use authentic materials and activities to make learning Spanish relevant and engaging.

About the lesson

My teaching method for Spanish as a second language is based on the following principles:

Communication is key: I believe that the best way to learn a language is to use it as much as possible. That's why my lessons are focused on speaking and writing activities.
Make it relevant: I want my students to be able to use the Spanish they learn in real-world situations. That's why I use authentic materials and activities in my lessons.
Personalized classes: I tailor my classes to fit the individual needs and learning styles of each student.

Here is a typical lesson plan of mine:

Warm-up: I start the lesson with a warm-up activity to get students talking and engaged. For example, we might discuss a current event or play a word game in Spanish.
New material: I then introduce the new material for the lesson. For example, we might learn new vocabulary or grammar structures in Spanish.
Practice: After introducing the new material, I give students the opportunity to practice using it in different activities. For example, we might do role-playing, discussions, or authentic materials activities in Spanish.
Feedback: I provide students with feedback on their performance throughout the lesson. This helps them to identify their strengths and weaknesses and to improve their Spanish skills.
