About Claudia

Hi! I’m Claudia, I’m 25 and I’m from Córdoba, in the south of Spain. I’m a very easy-going, approachable and adaptable person, and I genuinely love meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. I’m also very sociable and naturally curious, so I’m the kind of person who can easily find something to talk about with almost anyone.

I’ve always been fascinated by people, cultures and the world around us. I love traveling, discovering new countries, learning about different ways of life and hearing people’s perspectives and experiences. I’m also interested in a wide range of subjects, from psychology, economics and business to current affairs, travel, culture, food, relationships, everyday life and all those random topics you might end up talking about with a friend over coffee. So whether you want to have a deep conversation or just chat about what happened to you this week, I’m very much up for it!

For me, one of the most rewarding things about teaching Spanish is seeing a student gradually become more confident. I love those moments when something that seemed difficult suddenly clicks in their mind, or when they realize they can have a conversation in Spanish that they couldn’t have had a few weeks before. Seeing that progress is what made me realize that teaching is something I truly enjoy.

I believe that everyone learns differently, so I don’t think there is one “right” way to learn a language. Some people learn best through conversation, others need structure and clear explanations, while others learn much more naturally through examples, stories or practical situations. That’s why I really enjoy creating personalized lessons and adapting them to each student rather than following exactly the same approach with everyone.

I also love getting to know my students as people. Their interests, jobs, countries, experiences, opinions and personalities often become the best material for our lessons. I believe that when you are genuinely interested in the conversation, you naturally want to express yourself more — and that is when your Spanish really starts to improve.

I originally started teaching Spanish online and discovered how much I enjoyed helping people learn my language and connect with Spanish-speaking cultures. After moving to Australia, I decided to take this passion further and continue building my teaching career there.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m Claudia, a native Spanish teacher from Spain with a degree in Business Administration and Management, an MBA, and specialized training in Spanish teaching and DELE preparation.

My goal is to make learning Spanish practical, enjoyable and tailored to each student. I don’t believe in spending an entire lesson memorizing vocabulary or completing grammar exercises. Instead, I combine conversation, real-life situations, useful vocabulary, grammar and interactive activities depending on your level and goals.

I always adapt my lessons to the individual student. Whether you want to learn Spanish from scratch, improve your conversation skills, prepare for the DELE exam, travel, communicate at work or simply feel more confident speaking Spanish, we will focus on what is most useful for you.

Lessons usually last 50–60 minutes. I provide clear explanations and corrections while encouraging you to speak as much Spanish as possible. My aim is not only for you to understand Spanish, but to feel comfortable actually using it.

I teach children, teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners. With younger students, I use games, stories, visual activities and conversation to make Spanish engaging and enjoyable. With adults, I can tailor lessons around conversation, grammar, travel, everyday Spanish, professional communication or Business Spanish.

Every student is different, so I prepare each lesson around your needs, interests and learning style. Most importantly, I want my students to leave each class feeling that they have genuinely used and improved their Spanish.
