About Maria
I have taught and translated Spanish to people my whole life to people who have approached me in the past years and seeing them leading and grow makes me feel so helpful, and rewarded.
For those who are learning a new language WELCOME!! My name is Maria, and just like you, I am still learning a second language. Over the years I have learned that the best way to teach something new is to figure out how you learn things efficiently, maybe by reading, writing, speaking, and listening to others or being practical/hands-on with the work.
I can have conversations, I can review writing skills, go over readings, or answer any questions about the language.
I offer Spanish classes based on your needs and goals, along with level tests that will set up our starting point :).

My teaching method will depend on YOUR LEARNING ;) method, this is why will start with:
- A language test. This test isn't a "real" test, this will be more like a gauge or "level test" that will evaluate which level you are in Spanish this includes, speaking, reading, and, writing (you can decide which one), Set up goals and expectations.
-Custom lesson: everyone learns differently and this is why a custom teaching lesson will be best for you because it will be made up in the method that helps you to learn efficiently.
For example, some people learn better with:
-images, videos, readings, or games (cards, online gives, puzzles, finishing up phrases, etc)
I want everyone to feel involved and make these teaching lessons something fun and educative, no embarrassment or fear to embrace the power of learning no matter which level you are at.
