About Galo
I like to work with people and guide them through the different aspects of learning, I have a great sense of emphaty and I consider myself a good listener.
I have 3 kids ( all boys) so I must say that I know how to manage the stress and I am always learning new ways of proper communication.
I think I have a good sense of humour, and I can use that as a way to make the learning experience less stressful.
Did I mentioned also that I am a native Spanish speaker with 45 years of experience.. ( I believe I start speaking when I was 3 years old.. But I will have to confirm it with my mom)

I have experience working with people as a trainer for over 10 years in my native country ( Ecuador) and also in Canada ( 7 years) I have designed tools and methods to transfer my knowledge by working in collaboration with several non governmental and governmental organizations in topics related with agriculture.
Since I came to Canada I have been working with Spanish speaking seasonal agricultural workers ( Mexicans) and I have trained them in several areas related with their daily operations on greenhouses.
I have designed specific tools to train people with basic knowledge and low academic profile, and I am able to incorporate innovative approaches to training, so I believe that my skills and experience will be a great asset to the learning experience
