About Irina

Hello! My name is Irina, and I'm a native Russian speaker from Russia, qualified in teaching Russian Language and Literature, Russian as a Foreign Language and Russian Culture.

Teaching is more than my profession—it's part of my family's heritage. I come from a dynasty of teachers, with several generations of educators in my family, and I have been teaching since 2013.

I believe that every grammar rule has a logical explanation. Instead of asking students to memorize endless exceptions, I help them understand why Russian works the way it does. My students often say that grammar becomes much easier once they see the patterns behind it.

Having lived and worked in India for many years, I enjoy connecting Russian with Indian languages and culture whenever possible. These comparisons make learning more intuitive, memorable, and fun, especially for Indian learners.

My lessons are personalized, interactive, and focused on real communication. Whether you're learning Russian for university, work, travel, business, or personal interest, I'll help you build confidence and enjoy the journey of learning one of the world's most fascinating languages.

Every lesson is personalized to your level, interests, and objectives. We combine speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation using modern teaching materials and real-life situations. You'll receive regular feedback and practical exercises to help you make steady progress.

Since 2013, I have taught students of different ages, online and in person, including many who were preparing to study at Russian universities or work in Russia.

I teach teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Whether you need Russian for university, work, travel, business, or simply because you love the language and culture, I'll help you achieve your goals at your own pace.
