About Sara

Hello! My name is Sara, and I come from a small town near Milan in northern Italy. I love travelling, and I have lived in London, Spain, and also in Australia for years, mainly in Melbourne. I love this country and I love Italian culture and language. My experiences have enriched my understanding, allowing me to understand and explain also cultural differences and idiomatic expressions. As you, I have also learned a second and third foreign language, this helps me to understand the difficulties one might encounter and know the most effective learning methods. I am passionate about teaching people of all ages and from all cultures. I also love nature, art, personal development, mindfulness, yoga, and watching movies and TV series. And, of course, like any good Italian, I love good food and good wine.

About the lesson

**Discover Italian, connect with your roots, and start speaking from your very first lesson!**

Have you always wanted to speak Italian with your family, understand your grandparents, reconnect with your Italian heritage, or feel more at home when visiting Italy? Or perhaps you simply love the Italian language, culture, food, and way of life.

Whatever your reason for learning, I'm here to help you!

My lessons focus on real communication from day one. You'll learn practical Italian that you can use in everyday conversations, while gradually building your vocabulary, confidence, and understanding of the language.

**My lessons can help you with:**
- **Italian for heritage learners:** Reconnect with your roots and feel more confident speaking with Italian relatives.
- **Italian for beginners:** Start from scratch in a relaxed, supportive environment.
- **Conversation and fluency:** Practise speaking naturally and express yourself with greater confidence.
- **Italian culture and travel:** Explore Italian traditions, everyday expressions, food, and lifestyle.
- **Business Italian:** Develop the language skills you need to communicate with Italian colleagues, clients, and business partners.

We will use a variety of materials, including videos, articles, songs, dialogues, audio, games, and real-life situations. Grammar will be part of our lessons, but I'll keep explanations clear, practical, and easy to follow.

Every lesson is tailored to your interests, level, and personal goals. We can focus on speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, or any particular situation you want to feel more confident in.

You don't need to be afraid of making mistakes. They are a natural part of learning, and I'll help you improve step by step in a friendly, encouraging environment.

**Your first lesson is free!** We'll get to know each other, discuss your goals, assess your level, and plan lessons that suit your needs.

Whether you're reconnecting with your Italian heritage, preparing for a trip, or simply discovering a new passion, I'd love to help you on your Italian journey. Let's start speaking Italian together!

Sara is a wonderful tutor who’s very personable and offered a customized interactive learning lessons package helping me learn the basics, as a traveler visiting for work or vacation. The sessions covered different scenarios from real life and was very effective to understand the language and to respond well by practical situations one would come across while visiting Italy sometime. I highly recommend Sara to those students seeking to learn Italian professionally or as a new skill from a good teacher. Thank you.

AMAZING!! Very tailored to what I was looking for, and she easily compared what I already knew in Spanish to Italian. Dynamic style, used the perfect amount of repetition, and very patient!! Would 100% recommend!
